We understand plans change. This policy explains when an order with French Scents Dubai can be cancelled and how to do it.

1. When You Can Cancel

  • You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing the order);
  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at +971 50 566 4314 or via WhatsApp with your order number;
  • If you paid online, your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

2. When Cancellation Is Not Possible

  • Once your order has been dispatched or handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled;
  • If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving it — subject to the conditions of our Refund & Return Policy (note: opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons);
  • Items marked as final sale or special wholesale orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

3. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or payment could not be verified. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and refund any amount paid in full.
