1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship internationally at this time — follow us for updates as we expand.

2. Delivery Time

  • Dubai & Sharjah: typically 1–3 business days;
  • Other Emirates: typically 2–5 business days;
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sales, public holidays or due to courier conditions. We will keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the UAE — no minimum order value required. If any special delivery option carries a fee, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

4. Order Tracking & Receiving Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, our team or courier will contact you to confirm delivery details;
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct, and that someone is available to receive the order;
  • If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unreachable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery may incur a fee.
