Refund & Return Policy
At French Scents Dubai, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
1. Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging;
- In the same condition you received it, with all labels, seals and accessories intact;
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Important — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Perfumes, skincare or cosmetics that have been opened, unsealed, tested or used;
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging;
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at +971 50 566 4314 or via WhatsApp with your order number;
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange the return pickup or drop-off;
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Method
- Card / online payments — refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank;
- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded by bank transfer or as store credit, whichever you prefer;
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged for another product of the same value. If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference.
